In this program, you’ll explore both technical and functional aspects of SAP - from learning ABAP, CDS Views, and SAP RAP, to understanding key business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Produce. You’ll gain practical experience, guided by experienced consultants, while discovering whether your future lies in development, consulting, or integration.
At SFORHA Academy, you’ll work with modern technologies like SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Build, and AI-driven solutions. The program is designed to give you hands-on skills, improve your analytical and presentation abilities, and prepare you for real projects in the ERP and SAP ecosystem. You’ll grow in a collaborative environment that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous learning - laying the foundation for your professional career in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and practice SAP development with technologies such as ABAP, CDS Views, and SAP RAP.
- Explore SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and modern tools like SAP Build to understand both backend and frontend development.
- Gain insight into core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Retail) through hands-on exercises.
- Work with experienced consultants, participate in workshops, and collaborate with peers on mini-projects.
- Improve your analytical, documentation, and presentation skills through guided assignments.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing your learning journey and chosen specialization.
Requirements
- Intermediate-level experience in software development - both backend and frontend.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar)
- General understanding of databases (SQL, relational concepts, data modeling).
- Familiarity with web technologies, REST APIs, and integration concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Optional: Experience in AI solutions and advanced automation tools.
- Optional: Experience with ERP systems.
- A collaborative mindset and a sense of humor to match our fun work culture!
- Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
